Dwarf Hair Grass, DHG, is among the easiest to grow types of eleocharis.  It forms a dense lawn like carpeting effect.  Trimming this plant with the proper tools is extremely satisfying.  Dwarf Hair grasses also look great in aquascapes where they are mixed into foreground or midground plants. When planted at the base of hardscape objects it provides an excellent softening effect.
